MUDr. Peter Olšák
Dr. Peter Olšák is a specialist in Rehabilitation and Physical Medicine with a focus on neurological rehabilitation, particularly in patients with severe spinal cord and brain injuries. He is known for developing the AC-TIVE ENF method, which combines traditional acupuncture with modern electrotherapy. In collaboration with Palacký University Olomouc, he has contributed to the advancement of innovative neurorehabilitation approaches; his research team received the “Transfera Technology Day 2023” award. In 2024, he was honored by the Slovak Medical Society for his contributions to the field of acupuncture. Dr. Olšák graduated from the Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry at Palacký University Olomouc and worked at the University Hospital Olomouc as well as at the Vesna Children’s Hospital in Janské Lázně, specializing in pediatric rehabilitation and neurological paralysis. He currently practices at the Clinic of Modern Acupuncture in Brno and Jičín, Czech Republic. He regularly lectures at international conferences on integrative medicine, rehabilitation, and innovative acupuncture technologies.
