Dr. Karin Stockert

Dr. Karin Stockert graduated as Doctor of Medicine at University Vienna. She studied Chinese Medicine in Vienna (Prof. Bischko), Tianjin, Beijing, Chengdu und Seoul. Since 1990 she has been teaching acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine at the Austrian Acupuncture Society. As president of the Austrian Acupuncture Society (2014-2019) she organized several “Acupuncture meets State of the Art” congresses and in 2024 the 1st ACUPUNCTURE EVIDENCE CONFERENCE in Vienna. Since 2019 she is board member of ICMART
(International Council of Medical Acupuncture and Related Techniques) and chair of its Herbal Committee. She is author of several scientific publications and the book: Allergieprävention Springer 2020
